Pulled straight outta Simcity 3000. Love the idea, but the look and % green(ness) screams Uber-conceptual and would be unlikely to be anything close to that, but hey, let's roll with it

Lol the vine type greenery on the render up the building is a tad much but that would be a incredible development.

Maybe the first picture is not clear, but the second tower seems to encroach a lot on the End of Steel park. Getting rid od the surface parking lot - good, getting rid of the park - bad.

I don't think I've seen anyone use the End of Steel Park. The only activity I see there is the never-ending drainage project.

Oh yes another obstacle to get around. I went by there yesterday, but don't go often so not sure how long it has been there, but it seems like quite a while.

The theme for the day seems to be the City of Edmonton is good at starting construction projects, but not so much at finishing them.

We need more Edmonton-style green building concepts. Forget the vines and such.
Lets cover some buildings in dwarf spruces, and red osier bushes!
