By far the ugliest skyline in Ontario. Here's hoping that Islington Terrace and the Kip can improve it.

My recommendation for this area is to have a square-public domain (Skating arena?), a walkable Grocery store, and get rid of the Good Will at Islington Village.

Over time it will improve especially as new development comes. Losing 6 Points will be a good start.
