Surprised Horse Hill is so low given Evergreen trailer park which is served by the 121 has a significant number of housing units in Horse Hill (maybe the majority?) although it will dwindle as more neighbourhoods are built. Marquis East with its planned mix of housing units (mostly townhomes, rear garage homes, and front garage homes built so far) should be serviceable by transit, maybe starting with a peak hour extension of the 121.

I was thinking about that this week as well. I saw numerous newer buses that have AC (the ones with the big roof box on the front end) and had all their windows open as well. I would think the AC buses would need to be equipped with window locks as well, how is it going to work if people just open the windows and let all the heat in?

Yes in theory however if the air goes out of service on the bus and the windows are sealed? Bus is out of service as probably no reserve vehicle is available.

At least with functioning windows you can get some air flow and continue in service and not take a bus out of service and inconvenience all the current and future passengers of that route(s).

If you're talking about the buses with the big white box on the roof at the front, those are older buses retrofitted with A/C for the driver only. The newer buses with A/C are the 2000, 7000, and 8000 series, and for the 7000 and 8000 series the roof lines are extended to hide the A/C unit and provide a more streamlined look.

Wondering if ETS has anything for noting bus issues available to the general public like they have for texting safety/security issues.

Many times I've seen busses with some issues that need to be reported.

Today ran across a 72xx series that was making screaming noises, pedestrians all looking and pointing but the driver...
