Whats so dull about the Delta hotel tower.
The Delta Hotel tower is frankly the only good part of this imho. It's up to date urban stuff. But these blocks of buildings are getting a bit .. tired? Yes, tired is the word, and they aren't even built yet. Now, there is a welcome "crispness" to what is going on in the area, in general, but a nice offset would have been welcome here. Perhaps the adjacent Ice condos will offer that.
