when i was looking at purchasing in Stanley (also Tribute) few years ago, the sales rep told me their units were designed for investors as opposed to end users when i complained about the small size of the bedrooms and units.

Not unique to Toronto though - I have read first hand accounts of three adults and two kids living in 900 sq.m in Madrid with no outdoor access (communal areas are closed to use). It is tough times for many.

We also have friends in Washington DC who decided to tear out their kitchen and renovate it and the lock-down hit between the tear our and the re-build so they and their kids are living without a functioning kitchen in a tiny row house/construction site for the unforseeable future...

I hope that's a typo as 900 sq.m. is HUGE (~10,000 sq ft) for three adults and two kids.
