1)It's on
2)It's by
3)It's got acres of window wall and spandrel and a cheesy hat
4)It's got one of those lame ass mixed use podiums
5)It's way too tall--80 storeys of nimbyhell!
6)It's one of those g-d-mn balcony towers ... sigh. Therefore it's a 100%
This building should be used in the Ed Mirvish project in the entertainment district.

Your right we need some structures with earth tone colours .Too many buildings in this city that have blue green glazed windows and facades. Too much blue is starting to give me the blues !

The heat is on me for my Ivory on Adelaide commentary. Well what would the NimbyTect do? Maybe something like
red brick, copper trim on the podium; white precast panels & glazing on the tower with red brick balconies.
Today I felt like designing it for this barren site at Jarvis and Queen:

Yonge and Eglinton is getting a 68 storey tower sometime in the future. And I'm reading the UT nimbies are lov'n the current office block on site. Well I'm not certain about that ... so I began to dream a little. Maybe bling it up a bit?
