They've already got rail service. It's inevitable that it get's improved further; though clearly not soon. Full service remains in the Big Move.

I'm of the believe that better maintained, cleaner and quieter busses running on a BRT network perhaps with service guarantees would be tremendously helpful for growing ridership.
Toronto's attitude towards transit is that busses must be some sort of cattle car. That needs to change.
