Is this a normal practice in Ontario?

Meaning, if you purchased a re-sale home, would you expect to have a final walk-through of the property the day before closing or close to?

If so, is this something that is typically stated on the purchase agreement?

Thanks

don't know if it's normal practice but if one wanted to then they should have added it as a clause in the purchase agreement.

I believe it is common practice to have one scheduled walk through before closing, at least in my experience. It's a chance to take accurate for window coverings, furniture, special moving requirements, etc. before you move in.
If the seller is nice enough you could even request additional visits.
