As mentioned, it is a Self Storage facility. No rendering, but apart from the DP/BP data on the previous page, it also has a mention on the Province's Major Projects website:

The project involves the construction of a 6 storey self-storage building known as the Bow City Self Storage. A building permit was issued for the project on November 18, 2019.
