I saw some construction guys at the site to the east of Radius. Only two or three guys, but maybe getting ready for something. Does anyone know what's proposed for that location?

That's on the east side of the plot of land that's directly east of Radius. The block he's talking about would be in the middle between the two. Unless he's mistaking "directly east" with "east".
Edit... oh... maybe I'm wrong. That's an unfortunate design for one of the last remaining site of the Bridges.

There is this development permit for a rooftop patio restaurant - https://developmentmap.calgary.ca/?find=DP2019-0996 for the same block, although the location doesn't quite match up (NW instead of SW corner of the block). But I can't see a rooftop patio working anywhere else on the block.

Is that by Ceili's? If so Brett Wilson was recently bragging on Twitter about a unique roof top patio being installed for the bar. I'm guessing that's what we're seeing if the location matches.
