Easily one of the nicest stretches of forest in the city, even has a west coast vibe with all the big trees and moss.

The new Farmers' Market looks close to completion with landscaping nearly completed. Their website does state they are opening in 2022, however.

Thought it was going to be open in the fall here, that's disappointing. Will still get good use from me though, whenever it eventually opens lol.

I remember when the Flames first started talking about a new arena, the example they wanted to follow was the American Airlines Center in Dallas lol. So we almost got this type of design!^Looks huge.

This issue pales in comparison to other issues in this city however I would like the new mayor, council and CPS to come down hard on shitty graffiti. Over the last few years shitty graffiti and vandalism has really brought down the inner city. Not sure what the solution is but would love some more enforcement and heftier fines/punishment. We have some amazing actual graffiti artists in this city as well well as the work BUMP does, it all gets brought down by crappy 'tagging' that is everywhere now. <33 yo boomer post over>
