The kinetic art paired with the ugly 80’s glass wall in a windswept plaza looks pretty bleak.
It's actually a pretty small plaza, dare I say appropriately sized. 9 Ave is pretty wide though.

Always there. In fact they're coming down because the building is expanding into the space were the ground is dug up.
I agree with Cowtown, those are nice windows. Maybe they can save those windows and re-use in the front or at least use similar kinds of windows.
