I haven't heard anything about it. It's not the nicest project out there, but would be nice to see that lot get developed.

Same people who did District in Mission. Not sure who the actual people are but Boulevard Investments is part of it.

This is the 3rd or 4th design for this parcel I have seen over the past 5 years or so. Let's hope this one actually gets built.
