Small restoration project I have been watching the last few years. This was once a residence as well. 127st and 109 ave.

Saw this in my neighbourhood yesterday. I wonder if/how they were able to resolve the ridiculousness with the fire hydrants? The addition looks super cool, a mini-me if the main building, tacked on via an existing doorway (based on the existing building and the provided elevation) Excited to see how this turns out!
