I don't think the Lula dates back that far. It's just a look.

Yorkville, yes, Hippie central back in the day. Then Yuppie and Clubland central in the 70s and 80s. Now, Yorkville seems to be a bit confused - recent condo-ization of the area seems to have knocked a bit of life out of it.
