The tower looks great. Mechanical and all.

I think it looks fine the way it is. The problem is we took it for granted that the roof would be flat and when it turned out not to be people naturally felt disappointed.

I do think the developer missed out on some extra profit by not making the penthouses two stories to make use of that space on the roof. In a sense they left "money on the table"

I've grown to prefer the inclusion of the mechanical box. I see a glorified thumb drive that speaks to the times. A modern riff on a mid-century motive.

It looks much sleeker without the mechanical box. The box is just a distraction from the facade.

X2 is a condo building.
but the exterior give me an impression this's a office building instead.
not too residential friendly to me.
