UD, that makes no sense....it would be more attractive as a 'flip' if it was vacant land....now a supposed condo developer would have to bear the costs of demolition...

yeah it makes no sense, this is a put an improvement on the site and sell for more situation. I can only imagine, however, what a 75 storey build would look like on that tiny site!

They need to raze that whole block and start from scratch again. Maybe we will get something better than what there now.

This building and the building of it was a joke from day one.
