According to multiple reports from Alex Manojlovich of Forge&Foster Investment Management, there has been an ongoing land Assembly on the east side of Park St N, between Cannon St W and Vine St in Hamilton. The properties include the following:

- 102 Park St N
- 108 Park St N
- 53 Cannon St W
- 55 Cannon St W

"Also of note, Lamb Development Corp. continues to acquire downtown sites with 102 Park St N trading for $2,650,000 or $10,600,000/acre"

"Also of note in Hamilton, Lamb Development Corp. purchased 53-55 Cannon St W and 108 Park St N - an assembly which totals 0.42 acres - for $4,350,000 or approximately $10,300,000/acre, which is on par for high-density land."

Brad Lamb seems to be betting big on Hamilton. This is just the latest in acquisitions in Hamilton with another land assembly on Hunter St, and a purchase of a parking lot at King William. Seems to be rolling ahead with the start of Television City and the formal proposal on Main St W.

Land on the City's GIS Map, confirming the actual properties:

102 Park St N is an L-Shaped property that also touches Vine St:

Why not a thread for all land assembly in Hamilton?!
My understanding is that threads with a tag must be assigned a location on the Urban Toronto Map, and therefore a general thread like that would have to go into a Toronto area of the forum and not on the building subsection. Toronto has land Assembly threads under buildings.

I wonder what land will go for along Queenston Road once the LRT is running? Many intersections have been designated high density mixed use.

Correct, this is the way to do it.
