I took a broken Siemens hearing aid purchased at "Hear at last" to a competitor in Don Mills, they were very sympathetic to my problem, took the device and contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to learn that it is still under warranty. Bottom line is that I received a new device at no cost to me whatsoever. They even threw in a couple of batteries.
