Now with windows, or "glazing", or whatever the kids are calling it these days.

The whole eastern block (hmmm) has really come along quickly lately. Now the road (Elsie Lane) is practically ready too. Even the mailboxes are installed.

I hope when this is all done, a proper fix-up of Ernest Ave. happens too, along with the entrance o the Railpath that they've commandeered for quite a long time.

These actually look even better in person. Nice little pocket of density to go along with Wallace Walk.

One oddity I've come across several times now is lost Uber Eats / etc. delivery drivers not being able to find addresses on Ernest Ave. They end up asking me but I'm not really sure where to point them. They need some signs or something :)

But yes, I'm also liking these. Same with Wallace Walk. Much better than the "Brownstones" on Wallace or Bloor.

Being a resident of Davenport Village, I'm already pretty accustomed to seeing its older twin siblings along Lansdowne. But anyways, these certainly look great. If the top portions were a bit more articulated and have the hooks, I'd say they'd even give off an Amsterdam vibe. Particularly the residential areas south of the canal rings.
