Hi everyone,

My property manager is away and I need to filter applicants.

How do you obtain a credit check on a applicant? Specifically, what info is required from the person (address, SIN, date of birth). Is there a website you use to submit the request and what is the fee?

Also what are some good filtering questions that you use?
