Anyone knows a better way to find new listings? mls.ca only sort by price and location, but does not have 'days on market' filter.

I currently asked an agent to email me new listings (on a specific area) on a daily basis, but I feel bad about it as I am not buying anytime soon.

Is there another way for me to get this info online? I don't want to disclose my information if is not necessary.

ren.ca, now homefinder.ca, has a sort by "date listed" option.

I like http://www.guava.ca - provides a daily list of newly listed (or relisted with changed prices) homes for sale in the city.

I subscribe via RSS to keep tabs on sales in C08.
