Maclab has a history with prefab and is pretty good at it. This one, however, makes me shudder. Little wonder it is only worth $1.oo

Anyone seen this? I was trying to find a thread on it - looks like it is along the LRT tracks somewhere.

Edit: It was for the Edmonton Infill Design Competition. I imagine it is pie in the sky. Reminds me of the Dub one in Rossdale in some ways.

This was an entry for the competition, but not the winner (or even a runner-up). The winners (Part & Parcel, Studio North and Gravity Architecture) are trying to make the land purchase work with their proforma, but there is a chance it may not work out. Hopefully it does, because their submission was great!
