So interesting to see difference in current and proposed density on subway line 1 and 2.

I never understood our urban planning, where high density nodes are being built far away from rapid transit, but that little transit infrastructure we do have is underutilized (not counting here line 1 of course). All those single family homes and one-two story buildings shouldn't exist roughly 1km away of a subway and 500m away from a streetcar. Just my two cents...
