It is at 99 Chandos Avenue, just down the street from The Foundry Lofts. Was there with a client yesterday, they are pretty nice. Large for the money, with nice finishes.

Cannot for the life of me figure out what it used to be, so I have no idea where the Ironworks name came from. Originally taken to the city for permission to convert in 1995, it seems to have been business units for quite some time (marketing company, events specialist and massage parlour are what I could find) before being converted recently.

Not sure what I think about the purple facade tho...

And now the guy at Toronto Lofts owes me, as I am here promoting his project!
