Really one of the SLOWEST projects ever - except maybe the Hakim Optical at Dundas and Victoria.. The cladding on the east wall is STILL not done.

I definitely have a growing fascination for Corktown. I wish more neighbourhoods featured these neat laneway rowhouses (Cabbagetown also).

Gorgeous. A nice addition. I have been taking note of its "progress" whenever I grab lunch at Gilead.
 
It's incredible how long this construction is taking for such a small building. Anyone know if the pace is slowed at the client's request (i.e. money trickling in slowly) or if there are construction issues? GC issues?

I am still holding out optimism that they will be using the same screen detail that they did at the Unifor location in Sydney.

In the last few days they have painted the precast exterior a brackish red colour. Took me by surprise.
