Is anyone have any heating and cooling system problems? So far my unit I dint feeling any air blow out from the vents.the thermostat fan is on. May be it running so quiet.

A lot of buildings turn on AC around or on June 1st.
Might just be slow to turn it on ...

It is not the AC problem . The furnace FAN not kick on . No air blowing out from the vents.

My monthly payment is monthly common expenses +realty Taxes + interest on Deferred purchase monies = over $ 3000
What about you guys

Honestly, without the smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector (?) - whatever the white things are- I’d say personally find it pretty cool, but the devices sort of ruin the effect a bit. Not suggesting you remove anything of course.

Exposed concrete ceilings can be nice, but the fact that they couldn't even be bothered to clean up their various markings on the ceiling shows it's just a cheapness thing on their part. Not cool.
