This photo, showing the highway right-of-way, would seem to indicate that, given enough time, the future will see a road many, many times wider than today's.
Or will it be a high-speed rail system?

About a year or so ago , I remember seeing a city proposal to put a service road on the north side of the 403 but I don't know what came of it...
