The City of Toronto's City Planning Division is seeking a team of qualified professionals to undertake the West Toronto Junction Phase 1 Heritage Conservation District (HCD) Study (the "HCD Study"), for the Study Area, outlined in Part 3, Appendix A.
Thanks to an odd quirk of Toronto's neighbourhood boundaries, what you and I would consider the Junction (and the area affected by the HCD linked above) is actually outside the boundaries of "Junction-Wallace Emerson" as defined by the city. We get the top half of the Junction Triangle, but none of the Junction proper. Meanwhile the bottom half of the Junction Triangle is nonsensically grouped with Dufferin Grove on the other side of the tracks. But I digress...

Not sure if Dovercourt is considered Wallace Junction and yes I did consult the official neighbourhood map. Anyways there is a Lebanese resto/café going into the south unit of this building. What I find interesting is that it is basically equidistant to Dovercourt south of Dupont, Geary Avenue and the developing node on Davenport.
