The near-sculptural aspect of the built-form I have no beef with; perhaps some day the concept will prove itself when surrounding infrastructure is in place -- today it is "needle park". Conceptually the park precedes the reality -- what a shame.

For $800,000 it freaking better, considering it’s a modular structure being moved onto site. You could rent a full size skidded washcar for 20 years for that money otherwise.
