A few interesting things. First is this ‘garage’ on the west side of Dundas West that I mentioned a few months ago that NL kindly verified was an actual garage rebuild according to city documents. However it looks like spot for a car that can also function as a living space as the facade facing the garden suggests as well as the width of the building.
Secondly is this very cute and pragmatic laneway building that looks like a studio/event/retail space. This is just west of Cawthra. Finally is this example of a space that is being retrofitted for something other than auto related uses. All taken 26 March.
