That could have been one of the coolest condos to live in Edmonton, imagine if those things jutting out were balconies.

With it being completely gutted like it largely is now it almost reminds of a new building going up. So the floors are all poured and now couldn't it then just have been redone into new residential with new exterior? Just bring the crew over from The View and start doing all new mechanical, plumbing, electrical etc.

Since this building is in the process of being meticulously dismantled, I can't help but wonder if it will be rebuilt in another location. I would say this is akin to the Alberta Hotel building.

Maybe the Leg Annex should be relocated in The Quarters - say, across 95 St from The Hat where the old Edmonton Auto Spring Works building used to be.
