Really? On such a prime Queen East site? Yeesh how did this slip through City Planning.
 
compared to manorgate's usual architectural atrocities, this should be considered 'dodging the bullet'
 
This was originally a Hallstone project, what do you want?
 
To tell you the truth, they almost got the design right. Ditch the beige trim, use brick on the pitched roof and simplify the dormers and you've got a gorgeous Dutch Modern-style residence.

The mansard roof looks awkward. The facade looks modern with some Georgian influences. The mansard roof is too big, the dormers facing Queen Street look cheap and the pipes look out of place. I like the Juliette balcony dormers facing Rushbrooke, though.
