#4-I don't know what it is, surely a regular office building

#5-Lille light rail, it is a system of two line and 33 km
#12-Antrance of Lille Frandres interchange (metro, light rail) in Lille France main line terminal
#-48,49-No these are older plates
#54-These are older plates but the plate in the pic #72 is the newer system.
Before 1993: black (#64)
1993-2007: white and yellow
2007-2009: only white
After 2009: only white but with a completly new numerical system
#94-96- VAL (vehicule Automatic Leger) it is a light driveless metro system ( a bit like skytrain). Lille metro system was opened in 1983, it is 49km long with 20 station (the second biggest metro network in France)
#97-102-Euralille shopping mall.
