If all three Westrich buildings are going to be utilizing cutbacks instead of shoring for the parkade level, they will rise quickly. Less stalls than units is a positive in the core. I know a lot of DT residents who don't own a vehicle.

@IanO are we looking at around 60-70 parking stalls?
