You don't need a huge big box store with a huge parking lot to sell most general small office supplies. Half of what they carry is non office related crap.

There was a store in a regular CRU in City Centre not that ago for those who remember and that was what I was referring to, not this.

People who live in all the nearby condo's never renovate or ever have to repair anything? Wow, those must all be very well constructed buildings, even the older ones.

I'd say I've spent 12-15000 dollars in the past 3 years in Westmount Home Depot doing tenant related repairs. It's anecdotal but I think there's a case for one.

Whenever I see pictures from above of Railtown Park and the area around it, I like to imagine how awesome it COULD have been. Instead it feels like what a suburban development would advertise as "urban living".
