Which buildings in this development are actually under construction? Is it M1 and M2?

I understand both M1 + M2 are under construction right now, since the 2 towers started sales well before the market tanked and achieved the required sales %
however, the same does NOT apply to the third tower ... Metropolis (aka M3) which was launched just ~3 months before the world fell apart in Fall 2008

This thread needs to be merged with the other one for this development. Metropolis is currently in sales and not under construction.

you are correct CoC ... the buildings shown under construction are in fact M1 + M2 in the Metro Place complex (phase 1+2), whereas Metropolis = M3 (phase 3) has not started constructed yet
perhaps all this should merge with the thread:
Metro Place Condos (Allen & Sheppard, Liberty Dev Co, 14 + 2x 16, 17s, P+S)

Yes, great view of Porter's planes leaving the assembly line and all the private jets into and out of Downsview.

I didn't know Downsview was still a functioning airport...

I didn't either, until I noticed planes at very low altitudes, and not in line with Pearson's runways, while working at Mayfair on Chesswood.
