This whole area is densifying incredibly fast, which is fantastic. I'll go ahead and say that when/if everything proposed within a 4 block radius of this building is built out, this will be livelier and more interesting than a lot of the best part of Downtown.

Last week, we completed the second pour of Level 3 at Garneau! Covering a total of 7433 ft2, the total volume of this pour was 190 m3! Big thanks to everybody involved!

Here's a great shot of site superintendent Quentin keeping an eye on the L5 West Transfer Slab pour at Garneau! This pour was on June 18, 2022, with a total pour volume of 1070 m3, covering approximately 13,000 ft2! It took roughly 9 hours and 4 pumps supplied by @abconcretepumping to complete this pour. Great work team! @ledcorgroup

Was not able to get a photo while driving by, but man they have made progress and it is really making an impact there.
Hoping someone can shoot it from across SW of it as it's lobby volume is something.
