Walked by today and there was HVAC work being done on the SW corner of the site. Not sure if that would be related. There is also a bobcat and a backhoe (I think) parked next to it as well.
 
Wish there were larger retail bays planned to accommodate a new grocery store. Would be a great location for loblaw city market or something similar. Tons of students living in East Campus/university ave area Would benefit

The old Sobeys location further down 112st is opening up as a H Mart, which is a Korean grocery store. Although I agree a grocer very close to the HUB LRT would be VERY useful!
