What a beautiful scene on a rainy day! RLA builds always seem to do the Russian Mining Town look best in the rain.

It's a really weird project. They tried to do something different, but it's not working as intended.

It just looks like a generic Federal Government Office building. Does not contribute much to Ottawa except density

I only just noticed that they went with a creamy white spandrel panel for the non-vision glass on the balcony curtain walls. This just keeps getting worse.

Could explain it. M+M certainly did not value engineer Relevé.
