I put this here because it seems to me that the cost of 4 STOP signs seems somewhat excessive! It does not seem to be new traffic lights, where cost might be reasonable!

Recommendations
The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that:
1. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize all-way compulsory stop control at the intersection of Dockside Drive and Knapp Lane.
Summary
