I used to live at 129 ave and 65 st area for 15 yrs and I used to see the worst eyesore in the area on the southwest corner of 129 ave and 66 st as I checked out from Google Maps. I was surprised to see trees and grass is all gone and there is development on the property there, so I'm also surprised that no one here has mentioned this property.

Chandos is lifting all the HVAC off the roof of Canadian Imperial Building

today.

Maybe they are going to add a few floors to the building; maybe they are going to provide a roof deck; or maybe they are just upgrading out-dated equipment or making allowances for fresh-air intake and air exhaust for a restaurant??? It would be fun to see something added a la Brighton Block. Non, je pense que?

Interesting to see how many Air Handling/ Make Up air units (6) and how few Exhaust fans. (1)

Keep in mind that the former tenant was primarily Teppanyaki which requires a massive amount of HVAC.

Huge parcel of land is under construction at Campbell Rd/Boudreau Rd in St. Albert next to Century Casino. There's a chance it might just be utility work, but I recall hearing about a hotel going up here in past conversations. Tons of equipment working on site for past 2 weeks.

The hotel,Which is stalled was east of the Casino. This may be a gas station. Mind you Senergy does not normally do gas stations.
