Interesting idea - solar cladding. I wonder if we will start to see this on more larger buildings.

The gate does not look very appealing, but perhaps needed given the area.

The solar cladding mentions are throughout the proposal. It indicates they plan to use Mitrex Solar Technology for the cladding.
