My guess is that it will be built where hanger 11 was. This seems like the most obvious place for it now

The planned transportation logistics for this project are a mess. They'll need to do bussing like IPL did. The current plan is to have everyone park across the highway from site and bus in, but I don't this will work given that 90% of traffic funnels directly through Ft. Sask.
Bussing directly from Clairview would make alot of sense.

Looks good however parking should have been in the rear and the building set closer to the sidewalk. I'm surprised this was allowed, but I suppose there's precedence on the block.

The building is built essentially right up to the sidewalk. Not sure if it has parking at the rear, though. The empty lot next door isn't part of this development.
