Just regular garages from what I remember of the last time I was in there. Are those garages underground parking or just garages attached to the church?

interior renovation, 14 unitsI was passing by the Derwas Court apartments for the first time in a while and was really taken by their beauty. Does anyone know what's going on with them? They've been fenced for at least several months—are they being restored?

This is under construction now.BP for a mixed use 6-storey in Bonnie Doon:
2025-04-15
FOOTING AND FOUNDATION ONLY - To construct a new 6 storey building (2 Commercial CRU's main floor & 40 residential dwellings between 2nd to 6th floor) on a proposed 1 storey underground parkade (91 Street Apartments).
8316 - 91 STREET NW
Competitive in areas not almost directly adjacent to one of the City's main emergency shelters. They need to lower them by a minimum $100 to 150 a month if they want any chance of leasing up quickly.$1,200/mo one bedrooms is lowkey competitive these days for non-stick built and what appear to be decently renovated rooms. If they can keep the building secure, it's a pretty solid deal albeit that's a big IF.
The upper level of that parkade is a great spot to eat a donair and watch the sunset. Will be sad once it's gone.
It remains well located for people in this part of the city. A lot of people don't want to drive all the way to WEM and certainly not to places like South Edmonton Common except for maybe the occasional trip to IKEA.Wow that mall just keeps hanging on. It seemed iffy when I was a kid 45 years ago
