This would be a great addition to area. Rather than rentals, I hope to see these townhomes for sale.

Looks like 42 parking units for 31 units + 31 basement suites. I wonder if they are planning any secured bike parking?

That's not the fire lane, its just an access point during an emergency. They can enter still from the laneway.

Counting chickens before they hatch by relying on the render, but these are beautiful townhomes. Love the amount of windows.

A lot of that 28% behind on Jasper Ave must be the landscaping. Not sure any of it was done.
