I met with the folks building the current 5 MW solar farm at Scotford earlier this year before they kicked off construction on the project. Lots of momentum in that industry right now in Alberta.

Yah my project just rapped up. the firm installing had just hired 14 more staff because they were so busy.

Londonderry is about 75-80% occupied, which is no different from Kingsway or WEM.

i would hazard a guess that a good portion of that 75-80% occupancy level is only there because of the federal wage and rent subsidies and that as those get scaled back and eliminated it will have a pretty negative effect that simply isn't yet apparent.
