Yup, they’re just renovating the existing building extensively and I believe they have a tenant to take a considerable portion of it already.

I have a hard time thinking of a 6 floor multi purpose commercial building as a "tower".

Big change is they got rid of the balcony. It appears that entrances will just be at grade. It will be nice to have this building and this major corner looking new.

In case you’re like me, and had no idea what building this is…here you go. Glad there’s movement again. Been under construction/demo for ever. Must have been waiting for confirmed tenant.

Would have hoped for something more ambitious than a renovation for this corner, but it'll certainly be a big improvement regardless.

I admit I'm rather surprised this piece of land in Fort Saskatchewan hasn't been developed yet.
Although I fear it will be more of the same old unimaginative suburban Generica.
