saw some guys up looking at the cooling tower last week. the canopy is 50% removed.

109th and 107 ave. Anyone know what the redevelopment plan is? I’m glad it looks like they’re saving the structure.

I have a hard time thinking of a 6 floor multi purpose commercial building as a "tower".
 
Yup, they’re just renovating the existing building extensively and I believe they have a tenant to take a considerable portion of it already.
Big change is they got rid of the balcony. It appears that entrances will just be at grade. It will be nice to have this building and this major corner looking new.
