This is a City-led supportive housing project that received Rapid Housing Initiative funding from the Feds.
 
Isn't HoloBlok the concern that developed 'the Wedge' proposal on Jasper Avenue?
At the direction of its owner, who was not interested in hearing criticism of the idea - no matter how out to lunch it was.

I wouldn't lay the blame on holo blok. I thought their design was kinda cool, despite how outrageous the general idea for the development was.
