The Metro Line LRT runs next to the proposed park. I'm hoping that a new LRT station can be built on 107 Ave (they're already halfway there) but I ain't holding my breathe.

This Is NOT too urban for Edmonton
This Would Really elevate WEM to a whole other level
And Bring some Eastern Canada-style mall development to Alberta

Also, that render of that Toronto Mall redevelopment looks promising

MacLab owns the townhouse complex directly south of Misercordia Hospital. It is SE of the 87th Ave and 170 St intersection.

I fully expect a large-scale rezoning and intensification of those lands in the next few years given the LRT at their doorstep, age of that asset and potential of those lands.

It is fascinating to me the holdings MacLab has throughout Edmonton.

PS. how did you know that they own it? I know there is a lot of esoteric knowledge shared here but outside of that and pulling land titles, MacLab seems to keep their portfolio pretty quiet outside of what is publicly slated for development.
